   • The company will process your personal data in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR for the purpose of performing a contract (hotel services contract) or taking steps prior to entering into a contract (booking a stay).
   • In accordance with Article 6(1)(c), for the purpose of complying with a legal obligation, e.g. arising from tax or accounting regulations.
   • In accordance with Article 6(1)(f), we process personal data for the purpose of pursuing the legitimate interests of the Administrator (monitoring the facility to ensure safety, adapting services to the requirements of guests, debt collection).
4. In the interest of the security of the data entrusted to us, we have developed internal procedures and recommendations to prevent unauthorized access to the data. We control their execution and constantly check their compliance with the relevant legal acts – the Personal Data Protection Act, the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services, as well as all kinds of executive acts and Community law.
5. Personal data is processed on the basis of the consent given by the User and in cases where the law authorizes the Administrator to process personal data on the basis of the law or in order to fulfill the contract concluded between the parties.
6. The website acquires information about the user and their behavior in the following way:
   • through information voluntarily entered in forms

8. The data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. to process the information request.
